refactor(frontend):优化滚动效果并更新股票分组列表

Browse Source 
- 修复滚动到指定元素时的 smooth behavior
- 在添加股票分组后更新分组列表- 调整股票卡片的 ID 和数据属性
- 优化网格布局的间距设置
