spark f35847823b feat(data): 添加指数信息获取功能 
- 在 StockDataApi 中新增 GetIndexBasic 方法，用于获取指数信息
- 在数据库中添加 index_basic 表并进行自动迁移- 优化 GetStockBaseInfo 方法，使用 map 结构处理字段- 增加 GetIndexBasic 的单元测试

Running the Application in Developer Mode

The easiest way is to use the Wails CLI: wails dev

This should hot refresh when making changes the Frontend and rebuild when making changes in the Go.

Building the Application for Production

You can build you Application with: wails build
